Clive began his career in real estate twenty years ago when he won the 1998 Bayleys New Zealand Rookie of the Year and in 1999 he won the REINZ Rookie of the Year.
Consistently a top performer in his field, every successive year he has gained awards of excellence. From 1999 to 2004 he was in Bayleys Top 20 and is the Waiheke team’s top salesperson from 2000 to 2011 with a total of over $250 million in sales and remains in the top 10 percent nationwide.
Clive’s no-nonsense and friendly attitude and his personable and engaging approach with both vendors and buyers has won him many friends over the years, and his focus on honesty and integrity means he continually gets great results for his clients.
Having owned property on Waiheke for 45 years, Clive has a high profile on Waiheke. The island’s way of life and business attitudes suit him well and most of the people he has sold to over the years have remained friends. Clive has a particular talent for building rapport with both vendors and buyers. He has a strong after-sales ethic and a desire to go the extra mile.
He believes strongly in supporting his local community on Waiheke, and over the years has sponsored local community groups and organisations including stock car racing, the weekly Tide Chart in the Gulf News, the Beerfest at Matiatia, fishing competitions, the local gym, the golf club and the annual Onetangi Beach Races.
